What Plan You Have Made For Your "The Future You"

Hello friends, on this fantastic day, I am going to talk about you and the person who will be you in the future. 

Have you ever thought about what he (The future you) may look like? What he might be doing? What will be his state of mind and health?? Whether he will be a good person or bad?

Will discuss all this one by one. 


Before we start 

I want to ask a simple question to you,
Do you think stealing is good or bad? Of course, you will say it is a bad habit. Even when someone is stealing we stop him and advise him the right way. Have you ever stolen something from someone?... Think about it...

Talking about your the future you, his health, wealth, happiness, hard work, struggle, mindfulness, relationship with others totally dependent on you (the present you). These all are in your hands. You can make him, you can break him. Is your present desire affecting your future you? 

Dedication, Determination

Our Parents, Teachers, Grandparents, Rushi Muni, all holy books etc.. Tell only one thing, without the struggle you won't get anything. If you are thinking about that future person then one needs to make the necessary preparation and take necessary action.



Above I have asked you about "Have you ever steal anything from anyone?" You might say no or yes. It depends. But if you go further stealing from someone else might not be a loss for you. What about stealing from yourself?...

Yes, my friend, if you are not preparing for exams today, you are stealing sleep from the future you who would wake on exam day. If you are not aware of what you eat, you are stealing health from your future you. If you are in a comfort zone and not struggling then you are making your future you to work till death. 

Then, what we have to do now??


Chanakya once said to Chandragupta " How a person changes after some task" Here I tried to explain it in simple words..
"The person who will be in the future is stronger, smarter and braver than the person who is now, after completing a task."



Here I have given some tips which might help you.

  • Make a timetable and stick to it. 
  • Take care of your health, as we know health is wealth. 
  • Practice Yoga and Meditation this not only improves your personality but also your focus and concentration. 
  • Help others every now and then.
  • Control your thoughts.
  • Stay away from gossips.
  • Go to the gym.
  • Spend some time on yourself.
  • Check your performance by yourself.
  • Travel
